Saint Peter Mojito

Ingredients

20ml lime juice

1 tsp Saint Peter – Kiwifruit & Kawakawa Verde

1 tsp granulated sugar

Mint leaves

60ml white rum

Soda water, to taste

Method

Muddle the lime juice, Saint Peter sauce, sugar and a handful of mint leaves in the bottom of a tall glass.

Add rum and ice, then stir. Top up with soda water and stir again.

Garnish with mint leaves and lime slice.
