This mojito is super fresh and citrusy perfect for a sunny afternoon.
Ingredients
- 20ml lime juice
- 1 tsp Saint Peter – Kiwifruit & Kawakawa Verde
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- Mint leaves
- 60ml white rum
- Soda water, to taste
Directions
Muddle the lime juice, Saint Peter sauce, sugar and a handful of mint leaves in the bottom of a tall glass.
Add rum and ice, then stir. Top up with soda water and stir again.
Garnish with mint leaves and lime slice.
