These dates are just recommended, but not a guarantee, it's best to get your orders in as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment.
NZ SHIPPING
- North Island shipping cost: $9.00
- South Island shipping cost: $10.00
- Rural NZ shipping cost: $15.00
- FREE shipping on all NZ orders over $85
We use NZ Post as our courier provider. We aim to dispatch all orders the following working day. You should expect shipping to take 2-5 working days (plus a couple extra for rural deliveries).
Get in touch with us at hello@apostlehotsauce.co.nz if your order hasn't arrived after 5 working days from the date of despatch.
If your order is lost en route you must report this to us within 14 days of dispatch to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Damages must be reported within 48 hours to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
AUSTRALIA SHIPPING
We offer two different shipping rates for Australia…
NZ POST STANDARD (5-10 working days): $15 AUD
NZ POST EXPRESS (3-7 working days): $20 AUD
In most instances deliveries arrive within these timeframes, however we cannot take responsibility for any delays.
We cannot take responsibility for any duties or taxes that customs may decide to charge on arrival of international orders. This does not usually apply but if you are ordering a large amount you may want to double check your country's rules and regulations.
