How ‘hot’ are your sauces?
All of our saints are at a mild-medium heat level with a strong focus on delightful flavours meant to complement your meal, not overwhelm it with spice.
Are any of your sauces FODMAP friendly?
Yes! Saint Peter - Kiwifruit & Kawakawa Verde, Saint John – Mango, Turmeric & Ginger and our Saint Andrew – Szechuan Blueberry & Habanero are all FODMAP friendly.
Do you use organic ingredients?
We use live, organic apple cider vinegar in all of our vinegar-based sauces. This has a much softer, rounder and more fruity flavour as well as the added health benefits of being a live product.
Are your products gluten free?
Absolutely, all our products are gluten free.
Are your products vegan?
All our products with the exception of Saint Valentine, Lavender & Rosemary Hot Honey are 100% vegan.
Do you use any preservatives?
No, we only use the natural preserving benefits of vinegar, salt and heat to make sure our sauces are perfectly prepared and safe to enjoy.
What oil do you use in your chilli oil?
We use a locally sourced, GE-Free cold-pressed rapeseed oil from Canterbury, New Zealand.
