Cucumber Salad with Mary Magdalene

Ingredients

1 large cucumber, sliced as thinly as possible

1 tbsp salt
-
1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 2 tbsp Mary Magdalene Crispy Chilli Oil

1 tsp sesame seeds

Optional chilli oil to top
Directions
Coat cucumber slices in the salt and leave for 30 minutes.
Rinse the salt off the cucumbers then add to a bowl with the brown sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and Crispy Chilli Oil and mix until fully coated.
Top with sesame seeds and more chilli oil to your liking and serve!
