Saint Valentine Bee Sting

We have another cocktail recipe for you and this one is our all time favourite! It's sweet and spicy and the perfect way to hero our Saint Valentine hot honey!
Ingredients
- 60ml whisky or bourbon
- 40ml lemon juice
- 1 tsp Saint Valentine – Lavender & Rosemary Hot Honey
- Ginger beer
- Slice of lemon
- Ice
Directions
Add the whisky/bourbon, lemon juice and hot honey to a cocktail shaker with ice, then stir thoroughly.
Pour through a strainer and top up with ginger beer. Serve with lemon slice.
