Saint Valentine Bee Sting

Ingredients

60ml whisky or bourbon

40ml lemon juice

1 tsp Saint Valentine – Lavender & Rosemary Hot Honey

Ginger beer

Slice of lemon

Ice

Method

Add the whisky/bourbon, lemon juice and hot honey to a cocktail shaker with ice, then stir thoroughly. 

Pour through a strainer and top up with ginger beer. Serve with lemon slice.
