We combined lightly toasted garam masala spices for their warm, nutty undertones and balanced them with a deeply delicious blend of aromatic chaat spices along with the subtle tartness of green mango and the freshness of mint.
The result is a deeply savoury mix that’s rooted in South Asian tradition yet reimagined for modern kitchens. Sprinkle over roast vegetables, dust onto hot chips, or use as a finishing touch on grilled meats for instant, irresistible flavour.
Coriander, cumin, mango, garlic, onion, himalayan black salt, sugar, ginger, fennel, chilli, fenugreek, carraway, mint, pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, asafoetida. May contain traces of sesame.
