This super quick and easy scrambled tofu recipe is the perfect alternative to your morning eggs on toast. We like it best served with avocado and plenty of Saint Phillip.

Ingredients
Directions
Heat oil in a frypan, add crumbled tofu, nutritional yeast, soy sauce, garlic, turmeric, salt, pepper and plant milk. Mix and fry for 5-7 minutes.
Add in chives then serve with toasted sourdough, avocado and drizzle with Saint Phillip sauce for extra flavour!
