
Tofu Scramble with Saint Phillip
Ingredients
300g tofu, crumbled
Drizzle olive oil
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp garlic
1/8 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp black salt (replace regular salt)
1/4 tsp cracked pepper
2 tbsp plant milk
2 tbsp chopped chives (optional)
Fresh sourdough, avocado, Saint Phillip - Roasted Capsicum & Chilli
Method
Heat oil in a frypan, add crumbled tofu, nutritional yeast, soy sauce, garlic, turmeric, salt, pepper and plant milk. Mix and fry for 5-7 minutes. Add in chives then serve with toasted sourdough, avocado and drizzle with Saint Phillip sauce for extra flavour!
