Saint Andrew - Szechuan, Blueberry & Habanero

The perfect balance of sweet and spicy.

A great hot sauce the pours easily, goes with everything and provides a fruity tangy option. Appreciate having such a wide array of hot sauces that have different uses. I find this one of the most versatile which goes really quickly when opened, especially around white meats and eggs.

Nice and unique flavour but the sauce could be a bit thicker

This my fiancé’s new favourite though I’m sure that changes each time he gets a new Apostle hot sauce!!

The Szechuan is subtle but that’s what makes it great. You can taste the blueberry but at the same time it’s a hot sauce. It’s not too sweet that it’s like a chutney but it adds a new complexity and profile to foods. I recommend this sauce with pork (why have apple sauce when you can have this!)
